It looks like spring finally arrived in my corner of the world. Everything's easier when the sun shines.
I hope you had a great week. Here's my recap:
I hope you had a great week. Here's my recap:
LAST WEEK ON THE BLOG:
- Review of Identified: The Maya Price Story by Faith A. Rice Mills
- Cover Reveal: The Mirror of the Moon by Travis Simmons
- My review of Pleasure's Edge (18+) book, and I really liked it.
I passed 500 GFC followers thanks to the YA Paranormal giveaway hop. I've chosen a winner, she's been notified, and the book is already on its way. Love it when everything's taken care of this quickly. It's a shame how many winners don't respond.
NEXT WEEK ON THE BLOG
On Monday I'm reviewing Naked As We Came by Amberly Winn for a blog tour, Tuesday is release day for The Nightmare Affair by Mindee Arnett and I'll post my review. On Wednesday I'll be reviewing Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs, and on Thursday I'm part of the release blitz for Strength by Carrie Butler (eeep! Loved it, and I'll review it for the blog tour). On Friday...we'll wing it ;)
THIS WEEK I'VE FED MY EREADER WITH...
won in a giveaway
It's still $1.99 on Amazon
This on is $.99 today only! Get it here.
There are so many books from my wishlist on sale these days, some listed in the widget on the right. I'll be broke by the end of the day.
FROM THE BLOGOSPHERE:
A few great discussion posts:
- Book Whore talks about returning authors and blogger appreciation. That special bond you form with some authors? Priceless.
- Little Read Riding Hood asks about your opinion on authors commenting on your reviews. I gotta say, I was lucky in that department; I got very polite "thank you"-s even on negative reviews.
- Katie is asking you: What makes you want to comment?
- Danny discusses prioritizing. When there's so little time, what to do first? Post on your blog? Comment? Read?
- And today, Fiktshun shares some thoughts on the importance of being social even when you don't feel like it.
Any interesting posts or reviews you're proud of that you'd like to share with me? Feel free to leave the links in the comments and I'll check them out!
BE GOOD, READ MUCH AND HAVE AN AWESOME, AWESOME WEEK!
